Precious is CEO and Lead Clinician at Modern Therapy Now. Precious has a Master”s Degree from Rutgers University of New Jersey. Although, she identifies her clinical orientation as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she is very much eclectic, utilizes various approaches based on what best serves the client. Precious specializes in women’s issues, depression, trauma and anxiety related challenges. She also has had great success with helping individuals become “unstuck”, empowering capable people to elevate to their next level of greatness. Precious is an advocate for mindfulness practices such as grounding, meditation, sensory awareness.

Jhessica has a dual Bachelorette degree in Psychology and Sociology from Georgia State University. She has over five years of experience and works with people from all different walks of life. She gives her clients space to be heard and room to be their authentic self. Jhessica strives to assist clients on their journey to growing into their greatness, in a manner that is empowering and exciting.
